Construction of our 'Competitor' Horseboxes can be separated into 10 Stages.
How many stages we complete before handing to you for completion of the project depends entirely on constraints such as how much time you have available, your budget, your level of DIY experience and the complexity of, for example, the Living Accommodation you have in mind. The 10 Stages are summarised below, and each stage has its own page explaining things in more detail. Click on the titles for more information.

Stage 1 - Luton Dome, Cab Cut Through, Side Skirts, Lockers and Folding Steps, Grooms Door, Rear Ramp etc - Click here for more info
This is the key stage that turns the bare lorry into something that looks like a Horsebox. With a few additions such as Windows and Partitions the box could be used on completion of this stage. This is the ideal point for us to hand over to the competent DIY enthusiast to finish the project themselves.

Stage 2 - Windows - Click here for more info

Diagrams of suggested layouts
One of the main advantages of buying a new horsebox is that you specify the layout that best suits your needs, however there is no point 're-inventing the wheel' if you don't have to. The 2 suggested layouts shown for a 2 and 3 horse 19 foot long box are therefore a good starting point to begin planning.
